Shipping Policy
Chickatees offers shipping through UPS within the 48 mainland states.

You may choose from 2 shipping options with prices varying by zip code:
- UPS Ground: 5 to 7 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select
Shipping Schedule
If your items are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. If your items are backordered, Chickatees will contact you via email. Should you require any customer service concerning shipping, please email us at: info@chickateesboutique.com.
Privacy
Chickatees is very committed to protecting the privacy of you, our customer. In support of that goal we do not sell, trade, or share customer information to any third party, nor do we ever plan to do so. Chickatees does collect customer information solely for our internal use. We do so in order to provide you with exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience. If for any reason you do not want to receive any promotional email information from us, please click on the remove from list section at the bottom of the email. We will respect your wishes and promptly remove you from our email list.
Security
Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. This is the industry standard technology for encrypting data and is utilized by the most well known e-commerce sites. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. You can verify that your connection is secure by checking for the unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) in the lower left or right hand corner of your browser. This symbol should be present on the page that requests your personal financial information. In addition, the URL or Address Line on your browser will show "https" instead of "http" when the page is secure.

In addition to our use of SSL, we provide additional security by not maintaining a record of your credit card number in any of our databases. This means that you must re-enter your credit card information every time you purchase from our site, but the slight inconvenience is balanced by the increased security that our policy provides.

Returns and Exchanges
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned to Chickatees within 14 days of the shipping date - unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

Sale or special promotional items are exchangeable only, within 14 days - no refunds.

Chickatees cannot refund the shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest sending all returns via insured mail for your protection in the event of loss or damage.
