- Chickatees is very committed to protecting the privacy of you, our customer. In support of that goal we do not sell, trade, or share customer information to any third party, nor do we ever plan to do so. Chickatees does collect customer information solely for our internal use. We do so in order to provide you with exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience. If for any reason you do not want to receive any promotional email information from us, please click on the remove from list section at the bottom of the email. We will respect your wishes and promptly remove you from our email list.

This means that you must re-enter your credit card information every time you purchase from our site, but the slight inconvenience is balanced by the increased security that our policy provides.

- We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned to Chickatees within 14 days of the shipping date - unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
Sale or special promotional items are exchangeable only, within 14 days - no refunds.
Chickatees cannot refund the shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest sending all returns via insured mail for your protection in the event of loss or damage.
